| Real Madrid will face the Kashima Antlers in the semi-finals of the World Club |

Real Madrid are now aware of their opponent for the semi-final of the World Club, which will be played Wednesday, December 19 at 17:30 (20:30 local) at Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The Madridistas will face the Kashima Antlers for a place in the final. The current Asian champion defeated Guadalajara (CONCACAF champion) 3-2 to secure his place in the semifinals.
On the other side of the table, Al Ain of Abu Dhabi beat Esperance de Tunis (CAF champion) 3-0 and will face River Plate, champion of CONMEBOL, in the other semifinal. The final will take place on Saturday, December 22nd (5:30 pm Spanish time, 8:30 pm local time), and the small final on the same day at 2:30 pm Spanish time (5:30 pm local time).
